I honestly bought this butane torch for the look (the pink is adorable), but it ended up impressing me way more than expected. It feels sturdy and well-made—not cheap or flimsy like some other torches out there. The flame is strong, consistent, and fully adjustable, which makes it perfect for everything from caramelizing sugar on desserts to small kitchen or DIY tasks. The ignition works smoothly, and I like that it has a safety lock for peace of mind. It’s also really comfortable to hold, and the base keeps it stable when you set it down. Just keep in mind it doesn’t come with butane, so you’ll need to fill it before using. I love this gadget. We use it to light charcoal for incense at church in seconds. Self lighting charcoal will not blow this flame out. I would not recommended this for kids to use. The safety cap is good but not as safe as other lighters. The flame is easily adjustable and very hot. Refills quickly.

Great flame adjustability. Quality piece. Can light it in cold weather and works every time. Easy to refill but it won't let you fill it up it only gets about 10 minutes of run time. Size is perfect in your hand and it does feel heavy duty.

My husband bought this torch to help finish his 3D prints, and it works great. It heats up quickly, is easy to use, and provides just the right amount of heat to clean up stringing and smooth out printed pieces without being difficult to control. The build quality feels solid, and it's been a great addition to his 3D printing tools. Definitely a worthwhile purchase for anyone who enjoys 3D printing.

Nowhere does it say if it ships initially pre-filled with butane in the tank. I thought I saw it didn't include butane and maybe they meant no refill bottle? When we tried to fill ours with the refill bottle we bought at Lowes, it wouldn't form a tight seal and the butane sprayed back at me and that's why I *think* it came pre-filled but no refill tank. I didn't try to depress the fill nozzle out of the box to see if the tank was filled or empty first. I guess we will find out how long it burns with the way it is out of the box. I'm guessing it's safe to ship with the tank filled since the flame adjustment nozzle was covered secure and the unit was packed well in the box.

I have used this only about 20 times. I liked this unit until it would not light even though a spark. After repeated attempts it did light but flamed out the sides and not at the nozzle. I read other reviews that had this happen. It is dangerous. From ME to manufacturer via email: "Continued trying to get this to work, and it ignited not at the nozzle but just ahead of the flow control. This unit is no functional and as it is less than 9 months old, I am requesting a refund. Response from RAVS: "To proceed with a refund, please provide your order number. Alternatively, if you prefer a replacement with a brand new unit, kindly share your shipping address, and we will arrange that for you. Let us know your preference, and we’ll assist promptly." Information for new unit provided and nothing since and nothing has arrived after 2 weeks. If a unit is received, I'll note.

Good quality small torch. Flame good enough for small soldering in jewerly, but not enough to melt

Loses gas so quickly and you have to put it to max for it to work.

The bottom fill port is also what makes the connection to the top, if not super snug it WILL leak. Other than that, this is great 8/10 build quality
