Not compatible with Win 10
Seems a well made product and other reviews indicated that it worked well with older systems, but my very high end custom PC running Windows 10 was another story.Though I was eventually able to get the drivers to install in a way where the system indicated it was working, I was never able to get any of the ports to move any data.Ended up ordering a similarly priced StarTech unit that specifically stated Win 10 compatibility and it worked like a charm.

Not RS-232
The product's title says this is RS-232, however, my tech guys informed me that it is not RS-232, but is rather RS-422 and RS-485. Had to return it and purchase a different product.

Does not work.
Note this is RS 422/485 presented as a serial port to the Linux kernel. Try as I might, though, I could not get it to actually work. Linux recognises the card with kernel standard drivers as well as the Exar enhanced ones, but I could never see any differential output levels when connecting to a ADM485chip or even with an oscilloscope when sending to the port. The port counters incremented, but no electrical output.
