This true Schedule 40 PVC pipe features rigid spirals for enhanced flexibility and strength, ensuring it performs exceptionally in wet conditions. UV resistant and suitable for both direct burial and above-ground use, it promises longevity and reliability in your outdoor projects. ## Description This Flexible PVC Pipe, commonly referred to as "flex tubing", "spa tubing" and "flexible PVC" is perfect for use with pools, spas, hot tubs, water gardening (ponds, waterfalls, fountains), aquariums and fish hatcheries, irrigation, farming and gardening, sprinkler lines and other applications where the utilization of rigid pipe is either not practical or not desirable. Strong and long-lasting, this hose is ultra-flexible, and can easily be routed in any direction necessary without the use of multiple fittings, thus simplifying plumbing layouts and the installation of your job. It can be used in areas where space (for fittings) is limited and/or in situations that simply will not accommodate rigid pipe. It is sunlight resistant (although we do not recommend installations in continual sunlight). Our Flexible PVC Pipe easily conforms to almost any contour, and experiences less heat loss than comparable copper or steel pipe. A rigid internal PVC spiral resists crushing and impact issues, and this PVC pipe can be used for above-ground or under-ground installations (with proper cushioning). It can also be used as a conduit to run protected electrical, cable, phone or fiber optic lines and can also be used as a protective liner for softer hoses or tubes. Trimming or cutting is much simpler than with rigid PVC pipe (it can be cut with PVC pipe cutters, a standard hack saw, a carpenters saw, etc.) and it accepts standard Schedule 40 fittings. It can be easily glued using any good commercially available glue for flexible or rigid PVC. It eliminates back-pressure caused by sharp turns created by multiple fittings, which increases the efficiency of your system and lowers your overall operating/energy cost. Each fitting eliminated with this highly-flexible pipe is one less fitting that can fail and cause your system to leak. It also coils easily for storage and transport. ## Features - Authentic HydroMaxx PVC Pipe from MaxxFlex will always have the MaxxFlex or HydroMaxx name on the pipe or be labeled as such. - Works great in wet conditions such as pools, ponds, spas and water gardens. - Our Flexible PVC Pipe is a true Schedule 40 (Sch 40) PVC Pipe that is meant to be used with Sch. 40 fittings. It contains rigid PVC spirals that provide additional flexibility and strength above and beyond other Flexible PVC Pipes on the market. Flexible PVC pipe can be used for direct burial or above ground use. It is UV resistant and will last for many years. Only use PVC Solvent Cements and allow adequate time for the PVC glue to cure. - Our Flexible PVC Pipe is available in black or white, 1/2” thru 3. Please see the technical chart to the left for ID and OD Measurements, Bend Ratios, Working Temperatures, Wall Thickness, etc.... - ATTENTION - Not for use in dead-head situations where there is constant (Static) pressure in the pipe ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Manufacturer | HydroMaxx | | Part Number | 1102012025 | | Item Weight | 6 pounds | | Product Dimensions | 14 x 14 x 4 inches | | Is Discontinued By Manufacturer | No | | Color | Black | | Material | Plastic | ## Images ![25 ft x 1/2" HydroMaxx® Black Flexible PVC Pipe for Koi Ponds, Irrigation and Water Gardens - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/01RmK+J4pJL._AC_.gif) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Great hose, no glue *by D***O on Reviewed in the United States on February 16, 2022* The hose is great, but, they don't send the glue. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Product fails under normal garden hose type pressure-DO NOT BUY-SELLER DOESN'T RESPOND *by C***5 on Reviewed in the United States on May 23, 2022* I received the flexible pipe on April 7th and installed it the next day. Left to right on the pictures above, a pinhole leak occurred on April 30th (closeup 2nd picture). I was concerned about the quality, but fixed by cutting out the section and joined with a PVC coupler. I sent a note with my concerns to the seller but received no reply. On May 23rd a second pinhole leak occurred (3rd picture with 4th picture closeup). Now, of course, my return window with Amazon is closed so the product cannot be returned. Again, I have cut out the section and replaced with a PVC coupler to see what happens or totally replace with different flex pipe. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.be/products/20840487-25-ft-x-1-2-hydromaxx-black-flexible-pvc-pipe](https://www.desertcart.be/products/20840487-25-ft-x-1-2-hydromaxx-black-flexible-pvc-pipe) --- *Product available on Desertcart Belgium* *Store origin: BE* *Last updated: 2026-10-13*
