Works like a charm! There was some leaking at end of cycle but that is to be expected when dealing with water and steam. I was hesitant to purchase but I am glad I did it very happy!

I received my product and unfortunately assumed that it would work! However the day of my grand opening as I was trying to perform a hydration treatment the coils would not heat!! Very disappointed! And they said I would be charged a 20% restocking fee! So I’m losing money and time from a product that didn’t work and possible trust from my clients that were looking forward to a treatment!!

It arrived earlier than expected, which was great, so I decided to give it a try on my sisters hair. We are mixed with 3c type hair. I used a deep conditioner I got from shea moisture and also wet my hair along the way with a spray bottle. The results were amazing and her hair was feeling so soft and very moisturized. We started with the steamer on high and the timer set to 45 minutes however for my sister it was too hot for her forcing her head out of the dome so we put the setting on low and everything was perfect from there. The only reason I would not give this product a perfect 5-star is because the instructions are not clear what-so-ever. It takes more common sense and playing around with the pieces like a puzzle to get the stand together. The instructions were not clear for the "water catcher", I guess that's what its called, because when I read the reviews before purchasing and noticed a lot of people saying that there were problems with it leaking, but in my case there was a rubber spout where water did come out from however there is a separate piece that slides into place to catch that water from the rubber spout. That was no where in the instructions and my sister and I had to figure out for ourselves. Other than that the product works great so far, today is day one, and I would recommend the purchase for a friend.Update 12/15/2020I am still using this hair steamer a few times a week & it continues to work perfectly. I have had a white build up on the coil where the water heats. But it’s not affecting the steamer at all. I’m very happy with this purchase!

I love this product. It's easy to use and I think that it is worth the price. Much easier than the model that isn't on wheels

The steamer worked one time. I emailed the seller with no response.

Gets the job done. I love it. The only thing I'm not fond of is the clear tube that leads to no where except to leak the remaining water on the floor. To be expected but just wrap a towel around the base and the towel will catch it all.

Steam hair ok, but it is too much work trying to not get burn. When I was ordering I read the reviews and thought the reviewers were being dramatic but, trust me, they are not. The steamer leaks the hot water from a tube without anything to collect the boiling water, which was not the brightest idea. When I am using the steamer I have to tuck myself away with a towel on the ground to ensure no one slips or gets burn. It is also big... Good size for a salon minus the leaking issue.

I had this product for two months and it stopped working. Then I'm told I have to send it off to be fixed ...😔
