Having a hard time getting it to work

This scale wouldn't register the same weight two times in a row. I had to send it back.

Seems to nicely work, but....
Would love to have some better instructions with this item. I think I figured out through experimentation how to do set the user codes. I put in myself, my wife, daughter and son in law's items. It displays three calculated numbers in addition to the large weight in the middle display. These numbers are presented with abbreviations of "BF", "BW", "BM". Just on the promotion for this item I assume these are body fat, hydration and muscle indicator. I was unable to find any instructions in the box or on line to confirm just what these read outs mean. I did find a range for body fat %'s on line via google. Instructions and a guide would have been nice.
