This book gives an overview of positions, agencies, interview processes, sources and steps to checking references and completing back ground checks. I appreciate the links that were provided and insight from those that have held these positions. Though published several years ago, the information is still pertinent today.

Practical advice and overview of an industry where discretion is essential. This is recommended reading for individuals who want a candid view of the industry and for those private Owners unaccustomed to hiring and retaining top drawer staff professionals. David Gonzalez has his finger on the pulse of the industry and provides relevant and timely information about staffing duties, roles, and compensation as well as an insider's perspective of staffing agencies.

Very well written (the balance between explanation and actual experience makes it very pleasant to read!), insightful, educational, and it is a honest contribution to raise the bar in the Private Service. I highly recommend it to everyone interested in hire Private Service Professionals, and to all professionals in this field, as well!

Great book. It went over everything you want/need to know about the industry. Good layout, easy to read. Definitely recommend this book to anyone thinking about entering or hiring the private service industry

Ich hatte gedacht, das Buch wuerde Tips enthalten, wie man Hausangestelle managed, im positiven Sinne. Eigentlich ist es aber eher eine Werbebroschuere fuer die Firma des Autors und eher fuer sehr reiche Leute, Typ Englischer Lord oder Amerikanischer Banker, gedacht.
