Quality product, for firm not hard support
The media could not be loaded. First off the actual material is quality it isn't cheap and filmsy at all. This provides good support but it isn't soft. Which is good because it holds its structure well but if you're looking for a memory foam type experience this isn't it. It doesn't put too much pressure on my lower back like many lumbar supports. It's held in place nicely by the case with straps it comes with, once you figure it out (hint cross straps in front, see picture). If you're looking for firm support that has just enough give to help instead of hurt, this is an excellent choice. If you're looking for something soft that conforms to your spine like a cushion, look elsewhere...

Too firm for my back
If you want a FIRM back rest, these may work for you. I have metal the entire length of my spine and I need a soft back rest. Also, the double straps didn't hold in place well. Returning for a refund. (Too bad, they seem well made.)

Works great
I bought this due to frequent low back discomfort when sitting in my favorite chair. This back rest is perfect and relieved the pain.

Not for small women
I am 5'4" and 110 pounds, and this is way too much for my back. It created such a deep arch in my back that it caused me pain within about 20 minutes. Might work better for somebody who is much larger than I am? I found a small hand towel rolled up works far better.

Its just ok
This lumbar support is a bit much. I found the material to be l little hard and pushed the lumbar part of my back farther than is natural. Was not very comfortable and only used twice. If you have a bigger arch than normal this may work for you.

Straps are difficult and don't last
Straps came off in less than a day. I ended up removing the other strap and using this item to elevate the middle armrest in my car which works out great. If you are planning to use it for its original intention, may be an issue with build quality.
