A lot of great info but I also listen to podcasts from him and people who endorse him. Didn't go 5 stars as some of the info is already out of date as laws change all the time. But basic info is important.

Lots of good information but some is dated as the book was written in 1998. As he mentions in the book, the rules change at the whim of Congress.

My husband owns this book and wanted to purchase one for each of our sons. He thinks it's a good book for kids just starting out.

Just the paper back version of the hardback I bought years ago. I follow Ric's suggestions and bought this book for a nephew just starting out in life. The earlier he learns this stuff the better his future will be.

Great book and I highly recommend it for all young people. I believe this book read early in life could help many people avoid the traps and pitfalls our system has built in.

dont bother. was helpful in the real estate boom but this type of advice let to the melt down.
