It was not difficult though, and neither of us are good with assembly. Everything needed was included. We went by the photo to put it together. The front top screw did come off, so make sure to tighten the screws well. We've had it now several months without any other problems. It is nice being metal, which for us has eliminated the wasp problems we had with our previous wooden mailbox. It opens and closes well, and is roomy inside which is nice for some smaller Amazon packages that go through the USPS.It is a little pricey, but well worth it. We figure it will last a long time.
