I purchased this selfie stick after having three other ones break. Needless to say, I was apprehensive about a fourth one, even with all the positive reviews. Boy, was I wrong!This stick is amazing. We used it during our recent almost week long trip to St. Augustine. In fact, my boyfriend never let it leave his hands. From the distillery/wine tours to museum outings, this stick performed better than I could have ever imagined. It perfectly fit his Samsung Galaxy S5 Active and my Apple iPhone 6. I can't wait to use it again in two weeks when I leave for a week long trip to DC.If you're skeptical, don't be. You WILL not be disappointed.P.S. The customer service was amazing. Just what I needed - another way to take photos of me!
Huge shout out to the seller! The selfie stick was on quite a journey to get to me when I first ordered it a few weeks ago. The selfie stick was damaged in shipping. The seller quickly sent out the replacement at the no cost to me, which was really nice.When the selfie stick arrived, it was not pairing correctly with my iPhone 6. I contacted the seller directly to handle the issue, which he did! He tested out the product and sent out the replacement for the replacement pretty quickly, just in time for my trip to the Indy 500.Selfie stick works perfectly as described, annoying folks with my desire to photographically capture my narcissism. And, I am really impressed with the sellers for handling this as quickly as possible.

Not satisfied
Usually once you have connected and added a device to the phone after that the bluetooth picks it up with ease. Un fortunately, the selfie stick once connected was so difficult to reconnect. I had a hard time with this one over my vacation so returned it as soon as i was back.

Easy to Use, Broke In a Week
I received it on time, and it was very easy to setup and use. However, after just a week, the plastic broke. We duct taped it back together, since we were on a 3 week vacation in Europe, but it was not an ideal situation and threw it out when we got home. It worked great while it lasted, but obviously breaking after a week is not a good thing.

This is a very sturdy stick, it does what it is suppose to do. Since this is my first selfie stick I have nothing to compare it too. The instructions were a little hard to read at first, because of the very small print. Some people might not even need to use instructions
