Samsung Galaxy J7 2018 (16GB) J737A - 5.5" HD Display, Android 8.0, Octa-core 4G LTE AT&T Smartphone (Renewed) (Black, ATT Locked)

Arrived perfectly fine with a free glass screen protector. The phone worked perfectly and lasted during a two day long test run including a YouTube binge or two! I had to return it because I no longer needed it, but it's definitely a great price for a great phone!

Just received this phone today, so far it's everything I was looking for. I had the exactly same model just older for over 2 years and loved it. This newer model is slightly different, in a better way. Battery life still isn't the greatest.

Minimum memory, self changes apps arrangement without warning, self rearranges contacts into idiotic groups, must send photos in different apps, camera unbelievably terrible, & difficult to connect with printer!

Just got the exchanged phone yesterday but it seems to be working fine. I am so thankful the way Leo helped solve the problem. Amazon, thank you too. I would trust them again!My husband's first smart phone and he is liking it! Seems good on battery life too.This is the J737A phone and it is compatible with At&T.Great job, Leo.

Could not get phone to work properly so I returned and ordered another one. It was an issue of it’s not a 5G phone if I put my SIM card in the phone it will crash. Sent it back I’m done with buying from them.

I bought this Samsung J737 w/ the understanding it was unlocked meaning not locked to a certain phone carrier but that is not the case. This phone is locked to an AT&T account. I tried requesting an unlock code from AT&T and the request was denied bc the phone is connected to an account that is not paid off. This is the exact opposite of what was advertised. How do I get a refund or an exchange?

The phone itself is great, just like the one I have and on which I am hooked to AT&T. However, this phone I ordered is unlocked, which was a big disappointment, since I had purchased it for a friend who has Verizon, and this phone is new phone is locked to AT&T, so basically it is worthless to us unless something should happen to my phone and I would be able to personally use it. Wonder why they would sell a phone that is locked to a specific carrier without letting us know in advance that it can only be used with that particular carrier (which in most cases, my IT son tells me is pretty standard for AT&T). I think before advertising a sale, they should let you know that it's dedicated to a specific phone carrier. Can't make comment on these other items, as the phone is unused.

I am in the US using a Tracfone service that requires GSM unlocked phones. The phone was unlocked and exactly as advertised. I am really enjoying it. That said: (1) It did not come with the key to open the access panel to the SIM and SD cards, and I had to use a safety pin, which if far from ideal. In fact, I had to google how to open the panel instead of having the infographic included with the phone. (2) I contacted the seller prior to buying to make sure that they understood that they would have to honor the return policy if the phone was not as advertised (because there's a couple of reviews about that on here). Their reply was condescending and discourteous instead of simply upholding the return policy. Still, I did get a phone that I am happy with and have not needed to return it. So I'm giving them 5 stars. Just be aware that they may not want to answer questions and you will be missing that key to open the panel on the phone. It's pretty inconvenient, but you can get past it if you're clever.
