Bought up mucus immediately. Not taking regularly, although I still have some mucus left, no as much as I did before, good product and it act quickly. The only issue is getting up every 10 minutes or so at nights to spit out the mucus, in the end I had to use a bottle to spit in as I was fed up of getting out of the bed.
