**Q: I am unable to pair it with my bluetooth on my ipad for the peloton app to find it..  what do i do?**
A: We have used this app to pair the sensor, it can work well. Please be informed that this cycling sensor can be only added in the Fitness APP, if you pair it from the Bluetooth of your mobile phone directly, then It will not work properly. 
But if your use method is no problem, please email our customer service via Amazon, they will help you to resolve the problem.

**Q: How do I get Wahoo app to find my sensor? It searches but says there is no device in range?**
A: Hello, if you can't search the sensor in the wahoo app, please check if there is an insulation sheet or not in the battery.
Reinstall the battery and then search it in app. Steps: Enter into wahoo app - setting - add a new sensor.
If you still can't find the sensor, please email us via Amazon, we will give you a more detailed solution.

**Q: Garmin speed**
A: works just fine with a Garmin head unit to provide speed and replaced a garmin speed sensor.
