Fast delivery. Works great. Very simple assembly and disassembly to clean.Addendum: grater broke when I forced it with really hard cheese but vendor immediately sent replaced. Very ethical vendor! In meantime I had tried a different brand rotary grater and it was not nearly as efficient. Highly recommend the ojo!

Don't understand the top reviews and the super durable claim. This product has a very bad quality, it is made of flimsy plastic that has sharp edges and deformations all over, probably from a bad plastic molding injection and separation process. On top of that, the item came soiled on the inner grater (see pics). Can't recommend this at all.

I bought this product after reading the many positive reviews. When I received it and used it I thought that it was a horrible product, awkward to use and very cheaply made. Within a few days of leaving my poor review I was contacted by the company by phone and email. They sent me out a new grater free of charge. I finally used it the other day and I have to say that I still feel it is a bit awkward, but this one worked much better than the initial one that I received and I was able to grate some Romano cheese relatively quickly.

I was a little worried when it didn't come with instructions and took a minute to figure out how to attache the handle without grating my fingers, but once I got it assembled it has worked great. It doesn't take a ton of pressure or exertion from either hand and makes some perfectly size grated parm for salads or pasta. So far loving not having to eat plant cellulose and with buying cheese by the block its pretty cost effective too.Edit: Whoa removing three stars! Just holding this thing had me worried as it feels super flimsy. Gets bogged down in soft cheeses (lose 1 star) I read the manual the, sellers email, etc... and followed all the little caveats with it (lose one star since there's that many tips you need to know not to break it) and it still broke fairly quickly (lose another star). The handle just snapped right off while grating parm. Its supposed to be used for grating cheeses, but bogs down on soft cheese and breaks on hard cheeses.

Grates parmasan wonderfully. Quality is very good, easy to take apart and clean. Would highly recommend.UPDATE: there are two problems with this grater. There is a spot under to lip at the end of the drum where finely grated cheese builds up. You need to take a toothpick and clean it out after every use. Secondly, the threaded screw that attaches the drum to the crank broke off after a few months of use. I would think metal would be a better way to go on this. Loved the idea, the implementation is just a bit flawed.

I read about how sawdust (listed as cellulose) is being put in the pre-packaged Parmesan cheese sold in stores and didn't like that so I decided to get a cheese grater, but the old fashioned kind that looks kind of like a cowbell scares me because I know I'd scrape my fingers on it. I saw this and thought I'd try it since the blades are safely contained within the heavy plastic housing. It's nice and easy to use if you're right handed (lefties might have issues) and it requires very little strength to operate. In fact I found lighter pressure on the cheese pusher thingy (what a technical name I gave it) gave better results. The cheese comes out super fine and trust me, freshly grated cheese is so much better than the sawdust filled stuff in stores. I can't believe I've been missing out all my life. Cleaning is easy as well. Just turn the handle the other way and it unscrews from the metal grater. To reassemble push the metal grater all the way it can go, then simply screw on the handle. One thing to note is you'll have a tiny amount of unshredded cheese left in the hopper so you'll want to open up the cheese pusher thingy hold the grater upside down over your plate and give it a couple of turns to get it out. It's not a lot of leftover and I personally just eat it because hey, cheese!

The media could not be loaded.  Just received my Grater... it is awesome.As a side note.,. There's several 1 Star reviews on here that just don't make sense. On one hand you have a few bad reviews that just trash the product and company without even detailing what the problem was. On the other hand you have a few other bad reviews that talk about the handle breaking. I emailed support and they we're incredibly helpful in instructing me how to correctly put the grater together. And they told me that for any customer that has a problem, they would send out a replacement ASAP free of charge. I would give this company 5 stars on their support alone.From what I gather, customers take it upon themselves to go and write a bad review before even trying to contact the company to get their issues resolvedAfter taking a closer look at those bad reviews, it looks like this company reached out to each of those customers in attempts to try and resolve the issues. To me, that says a lot about a company and their service.So I really think this company walks the walk when talking about great customer care. Something to consider when purchasing a product.I've used 6 different graters from brands like Zyliss, Westmark, and Oxo. One by one, they all under performed and required lots of effort to grate. This is the first rotary grater that really is effort less. I grated the equivalent a Kraft plastic container that you can buy in the supermarket in just a few minutes. Awesome product.
