Trail, Game Camera Viewer, Axgio Scout Card Reader for Android Phones, Read SD/MSD Cards Straight from Phone, Micro USB Connector

I bought this to try to be able to check my game camera cards on my android phone. The card viewer is probably all right but I can't get it to work on my android phone. I checked with an app and my phone is supposed to be OTG capable. But I have the Straight Talk version so that may be the problem. But the card viewer looks like it will work on a phone that is OTG capableUPDATE: I still can't get the product to work on my phone (though the OTG checker says mine is capable...but possibly because it is the cheaper StraightTalk version..don't know). I had bought a new Kindle and the product works fine on it even without the software download. I plugged it into the new Kindle and I could view my trail cam cards just fine. It is a good product and I will carry my kindle with me till I figure out the phone or get a newer phone.

This card reader works great for checking my trail cameras. My phone is a Samsung S7 Active. It is literally plug-n-play. I used it the first time without installing any apps. When I plug it in it shows a thumbnail for each photo. I can tap 'more' then 'view' then 'grid' for a better preview. I would really like to be able to scroll through the photos like I can in my photo gallery. Instead I have to select each photo then go back to the grid screen and select another one. This is time consuming when there are hundreds of photos to check. I installed FILE MANAGER app to try to change this. It was no different than the Android default setting so I deleted FILE MANAGER. Still 4 stars because this reader is small and lightweight. Much easier to pack in to Game Cam locations than a tablet or lap top.

On devices that recognize it, it works well. HOWEVER, be aware it is NOT compatible with all devices.My Samsung Galaxy Tab3 (That I bought it for) will not recognize it even after downloading both apps. My Galaxy S4 Active phone, on the other hand, recognizes it immediately and doesn't even need the "required" app to function properly (Though that could be because of other apps I have that receive input through the mini USB/charging plug)

The product works as described. However it did not work on an android tablet. It did work on my cell phone but when you have 80 photos to go through and the viewer does not let you scroll it's a pain. We had to go back and individually select each photo to view it. I wouldn't recommend it for lack of being easy to use if your having to check several Trail Cams.

It's a good little gadgets to keep in your backpack need to check an SD card real quick pull this out plug it into my phone I can check it see what I got on video.

Works but not exactly what I expected.You can't swipe through the pics. You have to back out and click a new pic every time.Besides that it was simple to use.

This worked very well with my Nexis Android Tablet, but haven't gotit to work with my BLU android phones as of yet. That's why I gave ita 3 stars. Was suppose to have worked with cell phone.

This little unit is perfect for my use. I can check my trail cams without an expensive display. 'Just swap out cards and read 'em at home' you say?No, now I can actually adjust or move the cam based on the images I review and upload to my phone on the spot!
