A stray kitten found us last fall and is now our pet. He isn't scratching furniture but has played FAR too rough with us (single kitten syndrome is very real). We got them on all his front claws with minimal fuss. We did trim his front nails a bit a few days before. Two came off about two days later but when we found them - I think we had too much glue in them. We put new ones on of a different color with a bit less glue and they are holding steady. My advice is to go slowly putting them on - if your cat is squirming and you only get a few on at one time or just one on - fine. Go back later and put some more on. Have someone holding the cat while you put the caps on and the person holding can give the cat a treat to occupy them. Give the cat some treats after they are on and you are holding them so the glue can dry some before you put them down if you can. There is a bit of a learning curve to these and the cat has to get used to them too. I like the bright colors since they make it easier to see when one has come off and you need to replace. Generally - make putting these on a positive thing for the cat and be patient! Our kitty is about 6 months old and probably 6 or so pounds. Size small is working well for him. Again - patience and treats. Reusing the open glue tube has been fine and the 'nozzle' too - I just sit the nozzle so the excess glue can run out onto a napkin or something so I can reuse it a few times and it's not clogged with dried glue. These are a fantastic solution.

These work wonderfully on my cat; he’s 14.5 lbs n has a scratching problem and these have been helping amazingly. The glue is really strong and the size we got fit him perfectly; he puts up a fuss when we put them on but otherwise they don’t seem to bother him! They’re quite small though so be cautious in case your cat accidentally consumes them; but generally they seem to fall off on their own around the house as they get used. My biggest issue however is accidentally getting the glue on clothing or fabric. The glue hardens the fabric to the point it snaps and it makes it uncomfortable to wear the garment even with small drops of the clue; and I have no idea how you would remove the glue from the fabric without just cutting it out and stitching the hole closed. The glue is very messy and it’s often hard to keep from dripping onto my shirt or pants as I’m attempting to apply it, it also gets all over the tips of my fingers and takes a day or two before wearing off. I would definitely suggest getting some kind of removal liquid for the glue if you can find one that works so you don’t have to deal with it on your hands and clothes; but otherwise the product works great like intended, I love the wide variety of colors and the delivery was rather quick as well

I bought these for my two kittens I had raised from infancy to stop them from tearing up the house and my skin. They are really easy to apply. When you get these, they are all jumbled together in a little ziploc bag, so you'll have to spend a minute or two sorting out the color(s) you want. Make sure you have some sharp scissors to cut the glue tip-off, but after that, it's pretty easy. I had a little help holding my fussy kittens to get these on their claws. They are easy to apply, but make sure you take your time getting them on so that they are snug. One of my kittens doesn't have hers on all the way so they tap a bit when she walks. Once we got them on they didn't fuss too much about them. They seem to be working really well, so I'm happy. No more scratches! Yay! Definitely recommend if you want to play with your kitty without getting clawed up.

Easy to put on and they say on for a long time even if cat tries to bite them off they can’t. But it didn’t come with most of the colors shown in the advertisement.

Initially it took lots of treats and kind words to get our kitty to cooperate, but now that they are on she has gained a new sassy attitude. She nibbled them at first but stopped messing with them after a few hours

Stabby was destroying my house. I was seriously considering declawing. These were incredibly easy to put on, and they don't bother her at all. Best of all, she calmed right down, no more spazzing out. I don't know why... But I'll take it!

I liked the colour variety so I could make my kitties claws look cool. Good for helping train your cats to not scratch, or claw at furniture. I originally got them as I just had a baby and was nervous if they’d accidentally scratch the baby but ended up not needing them as my cats don’t go near the baby. I put them on the cats anyways to just do a review for myself since I purchased the covers, they are super cute and come off as the cats nails grow out so you don’t have to worry about them getting stuck on. Cats didn’t seem uncomfortable with them they kept them on the whole time till they fell off on their own.
