Excellent quality
Made of metal, nicely detailed and looks amazing. Reasonable price. Just wish it wasn't so much bigger than the guqin or swords. Nevertheless, no regrets buying this.

It took quite some time to finally get, but it was worth the wait. Good quality and looks fantastic!!

Fantastic material! Heavy though. Definitely CANNOT play this so I’d buy a real one if you want that. Very nice material and came early!

Why are there holes on both sides?
It's nicely detailed, but why are there holes on *both sides*? Thankfully only the mouthpiece hole and the two vent holes on the opposite end go all the way through (the rest are shallow), and you can angle it on the display so that the holes that DO go all the way through aren't noticeable as such. Still, it's weird. The flute itself, at a glance, looks pretty good -- maybe not a spot-on replica (I spent a lot of time making a life-size replica), but the gist is there, and it's small, so that's enough. The tassel's a bit hard to put on, and I wish they'd chosen at least a white bead, if they weren't able to actually replicate the lotus bead, and used a red thread to wrap it, instead of blue.
