The pillow was fine and very comfortable , but the hypoallergenic liner had a flaw in the zipper that would not allow it to unzip. Since, I have a lot of allergies, the liner was the main reason I ordered this pillow. However, customer service was very helpful and I am being refunded so I can reorder.

It's not actually a button that you use to fasten it - it's more like a knot of fabric you slip into a loop - very VERY difficult to do - had to have help - and overall it's very large - maybe if you had a long neck it would work better? I'm going to give it another try - maybe it just needs broken in. The memory foam doesn't budge when I lean my head on it - pretty stiff. Wish the cover wasn't white - when you're traveling and wearing makeup it looks pretty nasty with makeup stains all over it. But all in all it's much better than those cheap ones you get at the airport that don't offer any support.

The delivery was stunningly fast, for starters. The pillow is soft but holds your head securely in a position where you can breathe, yet it doesn't give you the feeling of being choked. The pillow comes in a super soft zippered cover, and to my surprise, there was another cover in the box FOR SUMMER! It is breathable and cool, and you don't sweat. The "winter" cover is a soft, brown, flocked fabric that is comfortable and soothing. Each has a loop-and-button on the front corners to allow you to keep the pillow where it's supposed to be. Still no choking sensation!Changing the covers is easy, just unzip and remove the unwanted cover and replace it with the desired cover. It's not hard to work the pillow into the form-fitting cover. I will put this to the ultimate test in a couple of months, as I'll be taking a red-eye flight and can't stand airplane pillows! I'll let you know!This is worth the price!

Very nice item but a little too high for me.

This little pillow is so comfortable! The give of the memory foam is just right, strong enough to provide support but soft enough to sink into it for total comfort. The cover is nice and soft, though a little difficult to get on properly, the tag ultimately help locate what was should be where and will be a breeze to take off and put back on when it needs washing. Even without the cover, the pillow itself is soft and pleasing, and has a button to connect it to hold it around your neck while using it. A great and we'll made product perfect for anyone looking to add a little more comfort to their trip.

This is a high quality travel pillow at a great price! My husband has been having a lot of trouble with his neck so I was looking for a nice pillow to help. I'm so happy that I found this pillow so reasonably priced! I was tempted to spend $50 to $60 in order to get one that was suitable but I could not have found a better one at any cost. As a bonus I received a case that is washable, how could you do any better than that? He loves it!
