did not come with a piece of chalk? kind of a bummer but i got what i expected.

Not a real chalkboard
This "chalkboard" looks nice and pretty in the frame, but if you have plans to actually write on it with chalk, don't buy this product. When I tried writing on it, all that happened was the chalk scratched the cheap plastic and the green paint came off onto my white chalk. This product was intended for a gift so I was disappointed when I didn't have time to order a new one before the special day. So awful.

Don't buy it.
This is a very cheap board. Some dry-erase markers do not work at all on this board, and it does not use chalk at all, despite being advertised as a chalkboard. Awful product

Not happy with this product because you can't write on it
Not happy with this product because you can't write on it. Looks very nice but when you go to use chalk on the board it doesn't work.

Not a real chalk board
This is not a real chalkboard. It is that fake shiny plastic. Very disappointing, contemplating returning it. I would not advise purchasing this product.
