Solid Aftermarket Replacement Lamp for Epson 3010 Powerlite
Purchased this lamp assembly to replace the factory original lamp that is 10 years old with 2530 hours. Ran a 10-hour "burn-in" over two days. First day I let it run for five hours of non-stop use after installation. Next day I did five cycles of 1-hour On followed by 1-hour Off. No issues. Brightness is comparable to factory original lamp. No strange beeps from the projector as described by some reviewers. The blacks are very black for good contrast. Seems like a keeper.

Dont buy it
The media could not be loaded. You get what you pay for....package arrived just in a box...no plastic or anything. Thought this was weird with electronics. But i installed it anyway. Worked 5 or 6 times its in my theater room and i dont use it much.... no my projector wont even come on the fan runs for s few minutes then the lamp light starrs blinking. But guess what its passed the return window.

Limited life on this replacement bulb but great customer service
It died after 5 months of limited use. On the positive side the item worked well until it died. The customer service was great. They honored the basic 6 month warrantee and replaced the bulb within a few days of my communication with them. I would buy from this vendor again.

Good lamp
This lamp is a replacement for a more expensive bad lamp that I purchased earlier and had the worst experiance. I am happy with this lamp it has good lighting it starts right up with no problems and it was cheap. Different in everyway from the expensive $88 lamp. I do recomend this lamp and if it still has the option to purchase the protection plan it is worth it for a few bucks.

Does not last long at all
Bought this after the original manufactured bulb was about to die on May 12, 2023.. happy Memorial Day to me the projector is overheating with this new bulb and won’t turn on.. the red light is flash on my espon powerlite 3010… so disappointed in the life span of this and now the other problems I gotta deal with

Cheap and quality
I was a bit skeptical at first, because of the extremely low price and lack of review depth. The Epson brand replacement lamp runs around $300 and this bulb is only $30!!!! Just installed this bad boy an hour ago and boy oh boy am I surprised! I think the picture quality is actually better than my original at it’s prime. Beyond happy with this product thus far. I will post an update if anything happens down the road. As of now, I HIGHLY recommend this over the $80 range aftermarket lamps on Amazon!

Waste of time.
Epson 3010, installed, did not work at all. No illumination, noisy fan, red light.

New bulb causes the projector to emit a high pitched capacitor type sound.
Bulb is bright. Form factor was exact. Bulb causes the projector to emit a high frequency capacitor sound that is not very pleasant...reinstalled old bulb and sound is gone.Update: 18 months and 1700 hours later bulb failed.I bought this and replaced the original that has 10 years and 60000+ hours because of it's age. I put the original back in after this one failed.I'm a bit disappointed that it didn't even last the advertised 4000 hours.Update: Bought new bulb and it is definitely NOT 230W. It is about half as bright as the original Epson bulb.
