This book has some real neat ideas for piping on your cake. I am really glad that I ordered it. Can't wait to do a cake now.

Reliable book

Je suis très déçu. Les patterns sont pas terrible. Je pensais qu'il y allait avoir beaucoup plus de techniques utilisé dans le livre. Et beaucoup plus de modèles de dessins.

Arrivato prima del giorno previsto, consegna rapida. Mi aspettavo molte più tecniche di decorazione con ghiaccia reale, però tutto sommato non è male. Ci sono comunque delle idee da cui prendere spunto.

I have, at 3 minutes to 1pm today Sunday 4th Oct received via Amazon, Christine Flinn's latest book called "Piping on Cakes."It is superb, if you want to do anything with royal icing this is the book, it is jam-packed with information and some awesome modern style cakes. Poppies and buttercups on the front cover, templates, recipes and tons of advice are there too. It is actually one of the best I have seen with SO many pictures. Soft back, 128 pages - I am off to have another read, I do have quite a number of books on royal icing so I can compare them. Questions are anticipated which is unusual in most books so well done Christine and may you sell all the copies of your book. Shirl.

modern piping useful for all kind of creations (cookies-cakes). I love old style piping but this book is essential for modern and more up to date piping. Simple book for all levels.
