Exceeded my expectations for a truly "hands free" wireless cell phone experience.
I wasn't sure what to expect when I purchased this three weeks ago (December 2020) as I had purchased other products that do relatively the same thing but did not work well. I am on the phone a lot as I'm in poor health so I end up with lengthy calls trying to figure out hospital charges I don't understand or worse, calling my insurance to see why a medical bill was not paid. Having to put the cell phone up to my ear is tiresome & using the speakerphone is just as impractical as I must still hold the cell phone. When using traditional wired earbuds with a microphone, to free up my hands so that I might be able to do chores as I talk, folks often said that they could not hear me. Often I had to physically hold the microphone up to my mouth so the other person I was speaking with could hear me...that defeats the purpose of "hands free". I tried a Nokia, several years ago. A wireless one ear answering system (you know...the kind you saw on men who insisted on answering calls because they want to look important in the grocery store, and end up speaking too loud.) My problem with that product was that sometimes I couldn't hear the other person and usually I had to talk louder to get the other person to hear me. Neither is truly practical for "hands free" communication. I saw this headset featured on Amazon black friday deals. I saved it in my basket for a couple of weeks but decided to ask my husband to buy it for me for Christmas. The headset came boxed and protected well. There are two components to this unit. The head piece with attached microphone and the charging base. It has a power button along the side of the ear piece allowing me to save the charge. Also, it had a small dot light that is red when the charge is to low and then turns blue when its charged. The headset is comfortable and adjustable. The microphone is also adjustable. It only took a little over an hour to charge. I was able to connect easily enough to my smart phones bluetooth. I had been having issues with AT&T so I donned the headset the Monday after Christmas to make my first call. The headset worked great! I had adjustable volume buttons to easily hear the AT&T representative who was soft spoken. She also had a thick accent so being able to hear her voice crisply was awesome. The sound was impeccable....almost as good as my wireless earbuds from Bose. I asked the representative if she could hear me. She said she could hear me just fine. The phone call lasted 47 minutes. I laid the cell phone down and walked about my entire house doing chores as I worked out issues with AT&T. The headset was light but sturdy and the microphone stayed in place. I took sheets off the bed, started a load of laundry, swept the front porch, loaded the dishwasher, and collected trash from around the house. I didn't have to repeat myself one time, the line was crystal clear. Next I called my best friend who was on her lunch hour. I folded and put away towels and clothes as I happily chatted. The charge kept for several hours as I made call after call checking on friends and family to see how their Christmas was. The headset has exceeded my expectations. Now I can make my phone calls and continue powering through my day instead of long insipid wait times, as whomever checks into whatever. Also, the headset attaches easily to the base, via a magnet. I now can make those lengthy medical insurance inquiries while I go about the business of household chores. I no longer exhaust myself with phone calls and have nothing accomplished around the house. I also can distract myself by visiting with family and friends while achieving tasks I do not enjoy, that include folding clothes, dusting and making beds. I plan on giving these headsets as gifts next year to my grown daughters, in laws, and close friends. My husband has used the headset a few times and really likes it. Truly a great product!

Great price
I figured I'd take a shot in the dark based on reviews versus price. I had a few minor issues with getting my mic to work with the software I use for work, but that was just system troubleshooting. This obviously isn't a stereo headset, so don't expect some amazing sound quality. It actually seems to have improved as there was a metallic sound the first two days I used it, but now that seems to have cleared up. Mic quality is what matters and it's spot on, in the almost week of use I only had a fade out once and that might've been system side as well. I also love the flex on the mic, I often need to drink while on a call. I would always accidentally clank my glass on my mic. This has a great flexible mic I can just move to take a drink and bend right back.I was in the market for a new headset just because I didn't like the way my mic was set up. I knew wireless sets were out of my price range, this was a GREAT find. I'm now free of my desk!!!A few pieces of advise, I wouldn't even try the mute feature. It is the one downside I'm sure it works as intended, but I think I got stuck in mute as it's hard to tell when you are muted or not. Also the charge base is NOT a Bluetooth receiver. Your computer needs to have Bluetooth built in or you'll have to buy a dongle. Any decent newer computer should have Bluetooth, if yours doesn't don't blame the manufacturer. Last the charge is a magnetic base with a micro USB. I'm a bit disappointed it isn't usb-c as I imagine that would be a faster charge, and a more standard cord to have around. I saw some reviews state the battery had charge issues after a month. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. However, I don't see over charge protection listed anywhere - so I would advise to get the most out of the battery don't store on the charger or at least while it's plugged in.Honestly, if this headset lasts 6 months for this price I'll be sure to buy another set. If it holds up well over the next month or so I will likely pick up 1 or 2 more just to have as a back up for this price.

Great Headset! (with an asterisk - see review)
Pros:- Seems pretty reliable- Comes with charging base (always pretty confident you won't run out of battery- Range is good and I can walk from room to room without losing connection to my computer desk.- Connects easily- Volume controls work well and are easy to use without lookingCons:- Maybe its just my ears, but I find the soft pad that rests on your ear gets really uncomfortable with extended use. Plenty comfortable for quick calls, but after a half hour or so, my Tragus (little pointy cartilage next to ear canal) starts hurting really bad, so my only gripe is that I wish the pad was larger. Granted, there are a ton of similar products on Amazon and from what I've seen you can either get nice ones like these with a charging base or a larger more comfortable one without a charging base. I ended up buying the later for extended calls, but it seems like every charging base version has the same ear pad, so while I wish it was more comfortable, I wasn't able to find any better options for the price range. It seems like you have to choose between bigger and comfortable, or the smaller more uncomfortable version that allows drop-charging- Again, there doesn't seem to be any other variant of this product out there that has this, but I'd really like to see an analog mute feature. This product and all others like it have a mute button that sends a command to your phone to mute the call. Works great for phones but not at all for computer calls, which is what I bought mine for. Essentially mute just isn't supported if you're not using a phone of some sort. I'd like to see a literal mic on/off switch added to one of these products going forward, but again all the variant products have the same functionality it seems, so this is still one of the best options in the bunch for the price.
