Disposable Bed, use once and throw away!
This mattress was very comfortable. Just 3 months after purchase the inside baffles gave way, making a huge puffy ball right in the middle of the mattress. Since they have a 1 year warranty I contacted SimplyGlobal about a replacement. I got the run around for several days. First they said the purchase was past the warranty period. I told them it wasn't. Then they asked for proof of purchase. I provided the invoice. Then they asked me to forward them the email confirmation of purchase. Huh? Really, the invoice isn't enough. Okay then, I found the email confirmation and forwarded it to them. They said they could not find a record of the purchase and they could no longer assist me. Ha, really! Don't buy this mattress unless you want to use it for a short time and throw it away. Big waste of money!

Defective, broke on the first day of use
My mattress suffers from the same problem as other 1-star reviews: the very first day I started using it, some internal connections started loudly popping, making one quarter of the mattress into a huge unsleepable semi-spherical lump. It's been a week of very uncomfortable sleep and a few more connections keep popping every night; in a day or two it a half of the mattress will be affected and it will be impossible to sleep on it at all.I returned it (btw, seller was said the order was "not in their system" because it's sold by Amazon - but Amazon itself came to rescue and let me return it no questions asked) and got "SoundAsleep Dream Series" air mattress instead, to which I give 5 stars. If you're choosing an air mattress, I strongly suggest to buy that one instead.

I've purchased two of these mattresses. Both "de-laminated" internally ...
I've purchased two of these mattresses. Both "de-laminated" internally which created a huge bubble(by which I mean almost 2 ft by 3 ft). These mattresses are essentially balloons. In order to keep their shape they require many "straps" connecting the inside faces of the top and bottom. When some of these straps separate, or de-laminate, the air pressure pushes both faces outward, creating a bubble. Obviously, you can no longer sleep on it.The first mattress lasted a little over a year and the second lasted a week. I have requested a return or refund, and am looking for another alternative.

Big bubble
After the first night of a 4 and 7 year old sleeping on it the stitching on the bottom came undone and we had a big bubble on one side. Because we were somewhere with hard floors and had no other options at the time we kept using it. By day 5 it was like they were sharing a twin bed the bubble had gotten so big. It was actually comical. I returned it with no trouble but I will not buy another one.

Product failure was topped only by the customer service failure
BEWARE. Don't buy this. I made the mistake of falling for the notes about the "highest quality materials and construction" and didn't read all the reviews. We bought this as a replacement bed for a travel trailer fold-out in May 2015. Used it 6 times in 3 months with no problems. Took it out in May 2016 for the same purpose and experienced the delaminating and bubbling issue that other reviewers mentioned. Customer service refused to replace because I was 9 days out of warranty. After several emails back and forth, they tried to tell me that Amazon would "not allow" them to replace it. Amazon's customer service said it should be on the manufacturer, but still offered an 80% refund for a return (which is consistent with their policy for "late returns"). So, the moral of the story is that this product quality is poor, and the manufacturers customer service is worse. Amazon, as usual, was fantastic and offered me the best option (as opposed to being totally out the money).I would avoid anything made by and sold by SimplyGlobo, Inc.

Disappointed.
Bought this in December 2014 for my elderly mom so we could visit and have a place to sleep. 16 months later - after being used about 4 times - the pump quit working. Being an internal pump we will have to toss the whole unit. Definitely disappointing.

10 STARS!!!!!!!
I am very pleased with this purchase and would love to give it a 10 star but since 5 is the highest it will have to do. Initially I was looking to purchase the Double Decker type air bed like regular mattress but decided to purchase the traditional single air bed after reading all the reviews on amazon. Seemed the single type air mattress lasted longer and were more durable then its double. I have used and have had 3 Aerobeds which were all single level mattress and they all leaked each night so I would have to replenish the air each night, let mention that I only used it when I travel to my kids home to visit so its not my daily bed at home. Also this bed is not as flimsy and uncomfortable as Aerobeds single level. Aerobed isn't as firm & supportive as the SimplySleeper premium single level. I will mention that like with any air mattress, one should always put a layer of blanket or comforter over the mattress instead of trying to sleep on it with just sheets b/c it does get a bit chilly. I didn't have to replenish air into this mattress for one full week and when I deflated the mattress, it was still very firm like the first night I inflated it. 10 stars on this one people, best amazon purchase for sleep help. I just love it.
