This is my second purchase. Sadly the first one was lost after a car cleaning. It survived for just about 6 years with only one issue of the strap just being annoying to have. So purchased it again even though there are others out there. The old one survived getting soaked numerous times and still a snug fit. Standard leather care and if you need to shrink it you just soak it after you take it off and allow to dry someplace. All in all, it's worth the purchase. This new one fits a big tighter than the old but it's new so needs to be broken in a bit. The material is lightweight, it's very low profile, doesn't really give you impact protection but at least some abrasion protection. The buttons fit on point and the color is 100% awesome. Simple install and very durable. You can't go wrong.

I bought this for my CX5 because I’m guessing most ppl know that these keys are so flimsy. I have not even dropped them from any significant height, but after just a couple of droppings, they completely fell apart to the point where the key was not functional unless I squeezed it really hard together, so that it could sense the key. This was extremely easy to put on, just slipped over the cover on top, it looks really nice and has made of leather. It definitely does the job of if these were to fall it keeps everything together. And I have no issue with pressing the buttons through the case, they line up really well.

I love the look of it. After a few months the stitching on the corners started coming apart but it was easily fixed by just tying the loose thread. It fits well, however it slides down just slightly over time, and just enough to allow you to press the wrong button (ex. Pushing the liftgate button on the cover, but it’s actually over the panic button on the fob). Overall though, I would buy this product again, I feel as if it’s been worth the money I paid for it.

I truly love how it fits the interior design of my CX-50! I was sketched out at first before purchasing this key fob case. But I’m glad I trusted the product. It’s great quality, & feels like it came with the car. It doesn’t make it any bulkier. The buttons match up correctly and it doesn’t move around. I think I’ve had it move around on me inside my pocket once. But that’s because I had so many other things in there. I was digging around , turning it myself lol. I’m so happy with it and decided to write a review just in case anyone else is feeling sketchy about it. :)

Fits well, stylish and sturdy.

I like this fob cover because it doesn’t make a clanking sound against my keychain and it perfectly molded to the fob. I had a rubber fob cover and it would attract lint and was hard to get in and out of my pocket. Hope this model gets a nice patina.

Good quality and good looking , I liked it

but, key still comes out a bit so if you drop it there is not protection. also, when it comes out a bit from the sleeve the buttons are miss-aligned . again, it looks nice though

Like the fit feel and quality of this cover. Definitely recommend. Easy to put on. Doesn't fall off. Good protection of original fob. And adds an amazing look to it.

Stitches around it gets losen day by day and loses its fit on key, key comes out of it
