very thick product. when used in your car, it'll push you forward in the seat about 4 inches and you will have to adjust the seat. perhaps a nerf football cut in half with straps glued onto it would be best for lumbar support.

This cushion is really helpful for me in my car. I have a herniated L4-L5 disc, and this pillow forces/reminds me to sit upright in my little honda civic. It does decrease my leg room a little bit, but that's worth it to me. If you're taller than me (6'5") and drive a honda civic, you might have issues getting in and out of your car with this pillow.Also, I have no idea what the magnets are about. I'm assuming some magnetic waves voodoo nonsense. Either way, I think this is a pretty good product. I was offered this item at a discount in exchanged for this unbiased review.

I am in love. I suffer from scoliosis, and I work in an office 9 hours a day. I sit all day with an aching back, and I do physical therapy 3x a week to try to correct the horrible posture resultant from my inadvertent slouching due to my curvature. I bought this hoping it would help support my back by pushing me up into a better position. And it DOES! It has straps on the back to attach to multiple different sizes of chairs, and I even use it at home on my couch without attaching it, and it does wonders do push my chest out and pull my shoulders back, supporting my lumbar area. I don't know if the magnets actually have any effect, but boy do I love the perfect curvature of the cushion. It feels custom made for me! It also comes with a carrying bag with a strap, which they certainly didn't have to include, but makes it great for transporting it for travel, work, and home use. Great perk.
