I was a little worried this would blow over during my outdoor wedding because it is relatively light in terms of its weight. It didn't blow over, but it wasn't 100% stable either. I think if I had to do it over again, I'd get a smaller unity candle. That was part of the problem - the base of the central unity candle was a little too wide for this platform. The unity candle didn't spill over the edge, but with the contouring of the platform, it didn't rest completely flat either. I still think this candle holder was a good buy for the money.UPDATE: I'm still using this item and it looks as good as it did the day I bought it. It has not tarnished at all! If you are going to use this item indoors, I'd highly recommend it.

Absolutely perfect for my son's wedding eternity candle set. A little cheaply made but can't complain. You get what you pay for. However, it did look beautiful on the alter.

We light these candles every month in memory of the day that changed our lives for ever.First we light the smaller, side candles.While embracing each other with one arm, and holding our candle with the other, we join our flames over the center candle.We each blow out our own candle and replace it in the abra. To us this represents that our separate lives have joined together as one flame that is much brighter than the sum of the two smaller flames.This is the most solemn part: we turn to each other, sing a silly song that we contrived years ago and say some sincere, "I love you's" and other things that come to mind at each ceremony. Sometimes this ends in laughter, sometimes in tears, but always with a smile, a hug, and a kiss.The hard part comes next: We turn again to the big candle. We somehow just can't bring ourselves to be the one whose breath actually blows out the candle. So, we each blow very gently, but only enough to flutter the flame. With time, somehow, the light goes out.From time-to-time we must trim the wax from around the big candle, because the hole that melts in the center becomes too deep for us to reach its wick at the same time. While the wax is warm, we use a knife to trim away the excess wax.In time, we had to replace the original candles, but the ceremony continues just the same each month.We wish you the same happiness we have found.

we purchased these for our Unity Candles for our wedding ... they are very pretty however don't hold a decent size candle ... the middle holder broke and is impossible to repair ...

It looks beautiful, however we chose to tape it down on the altar so as to not have any wax mishaps.

I got this to go with the unity candles. My unity candles has a heart on it and the stand makes it look very fancy. It is well made and packaged so it won’t get damaged when shipped. Great product !
