Very good protection, poor screen responsiveness?
After seeing the glowing reviews for this case and the lower price compared to similar cases, I decided to go ahead and buy it. I received and installed it today. Here are my initial thoughts:First off, it's clear right out of the box that this is a very sturdy case that will protect your phone just as well or better than anything else. It fits very snugly to the phone, just as you'd expect of any non-cheap case. It feels very durable and tough, and I've already tried submerging my phone with it on - worked like a charm. I had been a little concerned that pictures might look a little weird with a covering over the camera, but that concern was unwarranted as there is no visible difference, as far as I can tell. Some people have mentioned issues with the mute switch. While I did have a little trouble with it at first, it works fine when installed properly. It may take you a few tries and a little inconvenience to get it just right, but if you do, it should work. The issue is that there's a notch on the inside of the case that you have to get the switch to fit into, and it's a little tricky to get it to stay in while getting the rest of the phone inside. Also, another reviewed mentioned having issues with swiping up to access control center - I haven't encountered this issue at all, even after multiple attempts. Installation can be tricky because of the mute switch and the fact that getting it off is difficult if you realize you've done it wrong, but I don't really view that as a problem - I'd be worried if it was easily put on or taken off, as that would likely mean less protection for my phone. Now, all of that being said, I do have a fairly major complaint with this case: the touch screen is noticeably less responsive than it should be. I've been typing some texts on it throughout the evening and have consistently encountered problems with the screen not reading my taps. It seems to be worse on the buttons closer to the edge (backspace, space, and the numeric keypad button are the three where it's been very noticeable), although it happens less frequently on all the buttons. While there haven't been any cases of me being just plain unable to get the screen to read so far, it is frequently taking multiple taps to get it to read, and that's going to get very old very fast. I haven't set up the Touch ID yet, so we'll see if that's an issue as well. Regardless, the difficulty in using the keyboard is enough of an impediment that I'm really thinking of looking into the return policy and going with something else. The fact that I've seen no mention of this in other reviews makes me think that perhaps I've missed a film covering that should have been removed, or maybe it's just a defective case, or (hopefully not) the reviews are rigged. I'll give it a day or two and see if I adjust or it gets better, but if it stays like this even after a couple days and another last scan for any possible missed screen films, I will not be using this case long-term.EDIT: When I ordered the case, I received an email from Wildtek asking me to reply with any concerns or reasons why my experience was less than 5 stars. I went ahead and sent an email describing my issue, and they've emailed me back telling me it's probably a defective case and that another is on its way. Assuming the case that arrives Monday does not suffer from this same issue, I will be changing my review to 5 stars, as everything else about my experience has been nothing but great. I am definitely pleased with Wildtek's customer service.

GREAT case for the price and great Customer Service
I purchased this case thinking it would be a cheaper version of a Life proof case. I received it within the great time frame. I was very VERY impressed with the case. I did the water test without my phone in the case. I left a paper towel in the case closed under water for about 2 hours. No water inside at all which is great. I went to a pool party and I had to show everyone that oh no I dropped my phone into the pool. It water proof guys calm down. Now I did have two cases. The first one was working just fine for about 2 weeks until a very small piece of the lighting port broke. It did not want to close so I contacted the seller who got back to me the same day. Shipped out a new case same one within 2 days. The second case came in did the water test which it passed and now I luv this case so much. All the functions work just fine on the IPhone 6. If you do have a screen protector on it you can either leave it on or take it off. I left mine on and the touch screen is like butter. The touch ID works great The lever for the vibrate works just fine. The rubber piece for the headphones is kinda cheap but I can work with it. I am a very gentle user. I don't abuse my phone like drop is countless times. I did do a test drop with the phone in there and it was great on protecting my IPhone 6. The sound my appear to be muffled but it is still crystal clear who is on the other line and they can hear me. The dust on my last IPhone case would annoy me to no end. So this case keep all dust, water and anything else out so I do not have to do much besides Luv this case and move on. If I do get a IPhone 6 PLUS I would buy this case again. For anyone else reading the reviews look no further this case is the BEST. Updated 4/29/16 I have had this case for about 6-8 months now. Now that I have had replacements on the case this will be my real review. The case is great for waterproofing, dust, and hard drops. The quality of the case can be improved a little bit the lighting port seems to break on me a lot. (I hope Wildtek does read my review to make some adjustments on a better plastic for the lighting port). I email wildtek and they sent me several new cases and they all work the same. I luv this case, I luv how wildtek will send me a replacement one within a few days. They are totally understanding of my concerns for the case and my phone. So yes the case maybe $40 bucks when I bought it. The quality of the case maybe cheap. But I still luv this case I do not care if other people are bashing it saying get a life proof case. You go do that. Spend the $100 to get a life proof case and not have it be waterproof. I spent $40 on this case and its been great for me.
