Keder - 8.5mm (5/16") Single Flap, Standard, White - 15 Feet

Worked great to put awning back on my pop up camper. Only issue was that It came all rolled up and did not flatten out very well. I should have put it in the sun stretched out to maybe get it to amooth out again. But it was well worth it. I had been looking for this for a while and could not find this short of a length for this good of a price. Would but again but would plan ahead before install.

So glad I found this product! I was searching everywhere trying to find a replacement piece to make a new awning bag for my 20-year-old Coleman tent trailer. I just happened upon a website that mentioned "keder rope" to use for the bead rail. This is a perfect fit and slides in nice and smooth, but is large enough that it won't slip out of the awning rail. And this will be SO much easier to sew onto the awning than a thick piece of vinyl.

Perfect diameter for boat canvas rail. Most repair places use 1/4 and it’s too small!

A professional or industrial type sewing machine would have been easier but I used my home sewing machine to sew this to my awning bag using leather needles! It did take a while but going slowly I was able to get it sewed and reinstall the awning on my camper. It now is just as good as new and saved me 200.00.

We used the Keder - 8.5mm (5/16") Single Flap with our AP Products 021508018 Awning Rail and ALEKO Rectangular Patio Awning to create a calm, cozy environment outside of our RV.The Keder is durable, yet painless to sew through. We were able to cut the length we needed, sew through it with a standard sewing machine.

I was replacing existing keder rope on a pop-up camper. This rope was stronger and had more flap material than the original. Highly recomended.

Can't believe I found this stuff to fix my awning on my popup camper DIY project. We glued and bolted our awning to this piece and it seemed to work. Awning was in great shape, but the old piece of rubber deteriorated. Highly recommend this woven, very tough product. Thank you so much!

Used on my pop up camper. Sewed onto the old awning and it slid right into the track. Much better than replacing entire awning.
