I have oily skin and this really helps to control the oils which is unexpected as its not advertised to do so. Truly gave a blurring effect to the skin without being overly matte. Nice, soft and beautiful effect to the skin.That being said, I was not a fan of this under my eyes at first. It was a bit too drying to my liking, but after I added more of a moisturizing eye cream underneath, it worked great. Did not break up, melt, pill and fade off my skin too quickly. I did set with a mineral powder, but this definitely lasted longer than most of my other concealers.Like a previous reviewer stated, shade 7.5 is pretty dark for being a light shade, and pulls very yellow. The shade range is really not easy to figure out. I am light/medium complexion and this seems like the closest match. ### ⭐⭐⭐ This did not help with my fine lines or dry skin *by C***R on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on February 28, 2023* Shade:I got this in the shade 7.5, which is supposed to be “light with neutral undertones”. This shade looks both darker and more yellow toned than it does in the product pics + swatches. When I actually applied it it looked practically orange! I would look for in-store samples before buying a full size product of this, if you don’t already know that this shade works for you.Performance:Nice consistency and blends pretty easily with a wet beauty blender. Lorac advertises you can blend it with your fingertip but I really didn’t like the result when I tried it this way.This product is supposed to help with fine lines and dry skin but it did not improve these two areas for me.Overall Value:Current price is $24 for the 0.25 oz tube. Based on the weird “neutral undertones” or lack thereof, and that this did not work with my dry skin, I would not recommend this product at this time. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Coverage, Doesn’t Crease Or Highlight Lines-7.5 Has Yellow Hue & Dark End Of A “Light” Shade *by R***N on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on January 30, 2023* The LORAC PRO Soft Focus Longwear Concealer in 7.5 “Light” is described as “light with neutral undertones”. It’s fragrance free but still has a light smell from the ingredients, though the smell fades quickly. This concealer doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin. It has a lightweight feel and a nice consistency that isn’t runny or too thick. Runny concealer gives me poor coverage, while thick concealer leads to creasing. I haven’t had creasing issues with this concealer.I get medium to full coverage using this concealer and don’t need to apply a lot to get good coverage of darkness I get under and around my eyes. I don’t have bags or many blemishes but darkness has been a concern since I was a teen. I have pale skin and find that I get better coverage using a peachy color corrector first and following it with the concealer. While some prefer to apply foundation first, I feel I get better results addressing my dark circle issue applying my foundation after I’ve applied my color corrector and concealer.I have light skin that’s pale as I don’t tan anymore, and I usually wear “light“ or “fair” neutral concealers. So I thought the 7.5 shade might be a match, but the hue is too yellow for me and it’s a shade or two dark (seems at the dark end of a “light” shade). The color isn’t optimal for me, but I like the formula and get good coverage (as noted). My skin is dry and this doesn’t accentuate my fine lines (but I moisturize well before use) or highlight flakiness I can get under my eyes. Like it. 4 stars.
