A very liberating book
I would strongly recommend this book to anybody interested in Naturism. Whether you are a naturist yourself, just curious or indeed know a friend or family member who is and want to learn more.

The book I wish I had written
I'm often asked question about being or becoming a nudist. After answering several time I thought about writing a booklet. In researching what had already been written I came upon How to Take Your Clothes Off: A Guide to Nudism for the Interested Beginner. After reading this book I felt like there was no need for me to write one of my own. Matthew McDermott has written a detailed, well thought out, concise outline for new nudists. From now on will will just point people toward this book.
