So I just received my Naneki Ukulele and this is a beautiful product! It's a little tricky to tune, but once you get it tuned it has a beautiful sound. The craft is fantastic, strings feel great, and everything was in this bundle as advertised. I am beyond the point of happy with this purchase!! I don't know if I'll ever need to, but if I was to buy this again I would, and I'd recommend it to a friend.

I purchased this for my girlfriend and she loves it. It arrived in great condition. It sounds great and she loves playing it every chance she gets. One thing she noticed is the low (or higher pitched/sounding string) seems to get out of tune more quickly than the others. It's not problem for her.

I bought this for my granddaughter for her birthday. When I went to visit, I found it was not in tune. I have 3 decent Ukes and never had a problem tuning any of them. I thought there may be an issue with the strings. I then when out and bought all new strings, and eventually went to a music store for help tuning it. We finally got the Uke in tune, but found that it goes out of tune in a matter of minutes. In fact, I found that when the Uke is in tune, I played a C chord, and my tuner says a different note is being played. Something is wrong with the construction, in my opinion. The tuner provided is not easy to use, in my opinion it is a piece of junk. You can buy a Uke SNARK tuner for 8 bucks on Amazon and it is awesome. I would not recommend this Ukulele bundle product at all. Today a bought my granddaughter a new Uke for 50 bucks. It works, and plays just fine.

Great bundle. Beautiful sounding ukulele. A little disappointed in the cheap tuner, but I don't use it anyway. Didn't buy it for the tuner. Ukulele holds its tune after about a week of retuning daily. Would highly recommend. Throw the tuner away. 😊 Learn to tune it by ear. It's not hard.

I'm very happy with my Naneki Ukulele ! It plays well and goes into tune perfectly. The accessories are very good qualityand all in all the bundle is well worth the price. I would recommend this instrument to anyone starting out with music or to an experienced player.

My son loves his new Ukulele. I don't know anything about this instrument but it seems to hold its tuning well, which is a good sign. The companies followup and customer service has been incredible. Couldn't ask for better customer service.
