Tasker Rubber Bands for 64-65 Gallon Trash Cans (Value 6 Pack)

I like the value these bands provide. They secure my 60 gallon outdoor trash bags to the cans pretty well. I was worried about them breaking, but you get multiple in a pack for a replacement. They’ve lasted me for several months now without breaking.Good buy to get the job done, but realistic expectations that they will break one due to wear and tear from force and the elements.

I've had these for four weeks now and have only needed to use one. They're thick and perfect size for my regular garbage can. On pick up day when I put my can out for garbage day I remove the rubber band for next time!

It was a hot and still day... Silence and the smell of barbecue hung thick in the air. I was chilling on the patio, having indulged in an adult beverage when... all of a sudden..."POP!" The giant rubber band holding my trash can liner in place broke, sending the band flying across the patio with the intense velocity of a flat tire.This was the last batch of rubber bands I ordered. They sucked. These bands seem to be better, But the hot dry desert winds of SOCAL are unforgiving and most plastic/rubber stuff doesn't last long. And, they just don't make good rubber bands like they used to. I fully expect these to break as well.One thing that seems to help, however, is to take some petroleum jelly and coat the bands with it before putting them on your trash cans. This helps them stay supple and prevents cracking. No charge for this tip and I'm playing here all week.

These liners fit the roll cart perfectly, there is plenty of length to roll over the top to secure with the rubber bands suggested.

I bought these for moving purposes. I bought french door storage bins to move. Put these bands around the entire container to hold contents in during the move. They were perfect!
