I've been using the kit for a couple of days now and I'm loving it! I keep the stretch band at the office and use it when I have to sit for long hours reading--it has been very helpful in both keeping me awake and getting some light work out in!Additionally, I'm very impressed with the customer service and the feedback I've received following my very minor comments about the pamphlets included (that the paper printed is too thin)--the founder personally e-mailed me the pdf version and followed up very promptly.Overall I am really impressed with the quality and the customer service--I'll be buying the heavy version (hopefully) once I get pretty used to the medium one.

Can't figure out how in the heck to use with provided instructions, don't have energy to experiment (as I am, after all, recovering), and haven't had time to print the detailed instructions available on a website somewhere. Will adjust review once that happens. Band works fine for what I can use it for.

The bands arrived and they're really helpful with physical rehab of my husband's knee replacement.We've altered many of your exercises to specifically isolate knee bending and increasing quad strength.We love the large Velcro wrap because we can use it on his ankle and/or foot, and hook to the various bands depending on movement and exercise.He uses the products sitting, standing and lying on his stomach.Consider marketing your products to orthopedic surgeons and physical therapists. Before we bought them, we were using sheets, cans of vegetables inside grocers bags, jump ropes and other rigged home supplies for exercises.

For the price not well made and very little resistance.

Very good exercising equipment. Especially good for stretching.

I recently had rotater cuff surgery and according to my rehab therapist I needed a pulley system to help with some of the necessary exercises. This pulley works so nice and smooth and is a joy to use. I take it with me and use it at rehab because it is better than the one at rehab. And in addition, I got the band and the coil to use, also. A whole grab bag of very useful items that are made using high quality.

Doesn't seem to be sturdy enough to last a long time with daily exercise.

I couldn't be more pleased with the exercise equipment. It seems to be well made, instructions are straightforward and I particularly like being able to use it anywhere-- the parts that are used with a door are not permanently installed. You can put everything in the small sack included with the purchase and take it anywhere. Owner Christy (small family business) answered my one question promptly and thoroughly.
