Not as pictured
The ears are not pink like in the picture which added to the charm of it. Now it's really monchromatic and not nearly as cute. It is also really hard to make the ears stay in place and if you've ever had this case made out of the hard plastic that fit securely on the phone...this isn't the same. It's soft silicone and the side buttons that are supposed to be used for volume are too far away from the volume buttons to work. The ears also do not pop out like on previous versions. Because this came from China it is probably going to cost me more to ship it back than to just keep it but I am not a fan.

I love this case so much it is made out of rubber so it is squishy and fun to play with. The only problem is I lost his ears because I was putting him in my pocket and one of his ears must fell off. But he looks super cute with or without the ears. Really good and long-lasting product. Best product for any Stitch lover

Second time is the charm
I ordered this case and Elite cases sent me the wrong one, the took appropriate steps to fix the issue which I am truly appreciative because after all this is by far one of the cutest cases I've ever seen. It's flexible, the ears are removable, and it is wonderfully shaped to where my charger and head phones fit in perfectly without my need to remove the case. I am truly satisfied with their professional services and plan to stay a returning costumer.

Cute phone case
My daughter likes this phone case. I must admit it is cute, but it took several more days to arrive than the timeframe expected. It would have received more stars had it not been for the late arrival.

Earless Stitch.
The only thing I don't like is that the ears are able to come off and I'm afraid that if I keep them on and put it in my pocket the ears will fall off and get lost.

Product was true to description. The ears are removable. I wouldn't use this case alone to protect my phone however it made a cute case for the several years I used it.
