Excellent for bread machines and pizzas
This is fantastic yeast - we've been producing some excellent loaves since buying it. Only issue that we've had is that it works a bit too well - the bread rises so much it's too airy for our liking - so we use half a teaspooon with 500g flour rather than the 1 teaspoon the recipe suggests and it comes out just right - and is able to fit in the toaster. Fabulous for pizza dough too. Store in the fridge between uses.

Best you can buy
This is the best yeast I have found for homemade pizzas in my Ooni oven. Reliable and keeps very well in the fridge.

Really, really nice yeast. Top tip, activate it in lukewarm water for 15 mins stirring occasionally. I'm sure most of you do this anyway, but recipe books always seem to suggest just throwing in all of the ingredients together.Adapt. Improvise. Overcome.

Good Pizzas
As an Italian abroad I need pizza, I chose this cheap yeast on Amazon and discovered a quality product with a good value for money. Since I opened it I had to use it almost everyday or else I wouldn't have finished it in 3 months (because not much yeast is needed in a recipe). Thus, you can really bake loads with only a can. Really recommended.

Works really well.
This yeast is really fast, much faster than my old yeast that took about 7-8 hours to make a loaf. This yeast cuts this to 4-5 hours. The metal tin is also very good. I have no doubt that it will keep very well. The long date is a bonus, since I was forced to buy two. Overall, excellent.

Magnifico!
I've been baking my own breads for 30 years, or so, and this has got to be the Best dried yeast I've used. If I have time for a slow rise, it works, but if I want to go quicker I rise and proof in a cold oven with a bowl of boiled water in the bottom of the oven. Either way this yeast is absolutely Magnifico!Because I don't like a crisp crust I do brush some butter over the top and let the bread cool slowly.

Excellent instant dry yeast!
This is the best dry yeast I have tried so far. It goes straight into the flour mix and requires no activation wait. Within an hour I always get a full rise in the dough, even after storing the product in the fridge for 5 months!Highly recommended.
