I had picked up the original style for mowing the yard (pollen allergies). It was perfect when the pandemic started. I was so pleased with original mask that I bought this new version as soon as saw it was available. I have recommended it to many co-workers. I have to wear a mask at work when around others. The adjustable bendable nose piece allows you to get a good seal. I have even perfected wearing glasses without fogging them up! :) This mask is breathable and does not trap alot of heat. [I would recommend that if you are ever around anyone who is super high risk that you might get those cheap thin surgery masks to layer over the vents to offer them better protection, (like my 105 year old Grams)] This mask is a great fit and does not slide about like many of the other masks. It offers ear loops & an adjustable strap that goes around to the back of your head. This mask is unique in that way and allows a ton of adjustability. Once you get it fitted you do not have to fiddle with it at all! :) My only issue is that I have a small head. ( 6 & 3/4 hat size.) I wear youth hats. Any adjustable adult hat always covers my ears & the one size fits all falls off if I turn my head fast. LOL. So I made alterations to the mask to make it a wee bit smaller when I got it. Please check out my pictures to see how it did it. Before I would have the mask fitted to my face and wrap the head strap, but the Velcro would overlap so far it would not adhere. With my adjustment I get a perfect line up with the Velcro now. I am very pleased with the mask and highly recommend them. I bought one for me, my mother and 105 year old Grandmother.
