This fit perfectly. This is the actual dimensions of the one I received, 12 1/4โx 26 1/4โ. Hole dimensions are 5 3/8โ x 21 7/8โ.

EXACTLY FIT
Exact fit / replacement part. Easy to swap out olt to new. Also bought tube of Camco self leveling caulk for the holes where screws go down into. No special tools required. Except a square bit for screw removal. Would recommend. I believe hail storm in MO 2024 cracked the OEM one down the center.

It protects my refrigerator
I got a use camper and it was missing this cover. I quickly found it on amazon and purchased the cover. It arrived on time the fit was perfect solid quality super easy to install and it looks fantastic. The only thing I would change is it did not come with hardware. Fortunately I have a ton of extra screws so not an issue here. If you dont have extra screws take a trip to Ace hardware. So far it's holding up I've gone on several camping trips and it hasn't failed.
