Expensive but worth it. My husband put it together in about an hour. Make sure that you have allen wrenches and a torque wrench prior to assembly. It takes a certain amount of discipline to workout at home so consider that before you make the big purchase (how many expensive pieces of equipment do you already have that have become expensive coat hangars that collect dust?). I tune into youTube spin classes to mix it up because I'm not creative or disciplined enough to push myself without a trainer. I think it would be helpful if Keiser had some recommended videos or a short Keiser-produced video to get comfortable with working out on the bike and utilizing the options appropriately while working out. I became familiar with the Keiser bike because my spin gym used these so I knew in advance that it could put up with a ton of abuse and still work like new with easy routine maintenance. An excellent purchase if you like to spin and have the means to purchase this particular bike. Also, make sure that you are available to sign for the bike on delivery--I was glad that my delivery came after work because I'm not sure how I would've been able to arrange that.
