Does this clear the hair or are tweezers needed every so often

I bought this item to replace my old philips nasal trimmer which stopped working . This version doesnt trim the nasal hairs anywhere as near as good as the older model, very dissapointed with it.

Is this any good and is this or the Panasonic brand one better and last longer?

Philips has broken so purchased Panasonic which is just as good

Is this suitable for women?

Yes this item is suitable for men and women. But personally I was a bit disappointed with this item. It pulled hairs out rather than cutting them. I expected more from a brand name.
