If you're in a leadership position or even considering a leadership position, you should read this. Extremely insightful, very informative and inspiring. I highly recommend this book and I'm already loaning it out to friends to read. I feel much more prepared and focused. I definitely have a new perspective on what it means to be a true leader and I'm excited to have the opportunity to help others as their leader.

Leadership skills are critical to learn. But they're the easy part. It's the character qualities that matter most and take more work to build. This is the best book on the unique character leaders need. Great stories, deep ideas, and strong challenges. A MUST read for leaders.

A transformational read. Many authors of books on leadership end up saying the same things in different words. This book highlights the journeys taken by significant leaders to arrive at the pinnacles of their professions. It also highlights leaders whose efforts failed, and why they failed. The book digs deep to help the individual reader focus on how and where to improve. At the end of the day, the book, if studied seriously, helps you become a better person, and as a result - a better leader.Simply put, the best book on leadership I have ever read. And the more often I read it, the more I get out of it.
