I was skeptical about getting this product even though it's so highly rated by Dr. Oz for losing weight and belly fat (which is why my husband kept pressuring me to get it for both of us. This actually works. I was surprised. I followed the instructions for the daily dosage. However I emptied the capsules into lemon water. I cannot swallow pills easily. I made myself eat because I did not have an appetite. I made many fruit and veggie smoothies for breakfast and lunch and had a normal dinner which consisted of grill chicken and grilled veggies and I was full. This worked for me so far. I been doing this for two weeks. I lost 7 lbs. I just needed to get the gut down.

I am not sure at this point that I am losing weight because I am taking the pills or because I have been walking more. I am losing weight but up to this point to say that its because of the pills is too hard for me to say. I say that any product that motivates you to get out and move around more is a good thing, but to say that the weight loss I have had so far is because of these pills I am not so sure if I can say that. I think the pills are of a help but I am not sure. I have seen a big improvement since taking the product... Not so much with the weigh loss (I think it's because I have been inconsistent taking it) but I can see a huge difference in the fat loss. I would give it 5 stars for the mood enhancement that it delivers. I found myself motivated, and happy. However, as far as the "losing belly fat", I would give it 1 star. I didn't lose ANYTHING. It says you don't have to change your eating habits, and I didn't. I might be tempted to give it another try and possibly alter what I'm eating, to see if that makes a difference. All in all, it was "OK".
