Turmeric is beneficial for us, but we rarely include it in our diet. I decided to buy these supplements because they are easy to take, and I saw many good reviews. After taking them for a month, I definitely see an improvement in my energy levels and don’t feel as tired as I used to be. I love that I don’t taste anything when I take them! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ For pain and the immune system *by W***N on 17 June 2020* An Asian lady colleague of mine recommended Turmeric to me as an immune system boost as I suffer from colds a lot. We've worked together for around 3 years and I've never known her to have a cold and she says it's because she uses a lot of turmeric in her cooking but that supplements are just as good if not better and said that I should try them; so I did. I had one cold last winter before we were grounded so I think that they did help me but what I hadn't realised before trying them is that they were an amazing pain reliever! Since the lockdown, I haven't really felt that I needed them for an immune system boost but when I stopped taking them all those niggling and not so niggling pains came back so I had to start taking them again.These ones are the usual yellow colour, they are odourless and tasteless and are capsules, which I find easier to swallow than tablets. There are 60 capsules in the tub and you take one or two a day, so they would last a month or two, depending on how many you take a day. The cost of £19.95 at the time of writing this review makes them a considered purchase but they are liposomal, which makes them more bioavailable, meaning that you will get more benefit from them than a cheaper brand. So if you know you get on well with turmeric then this is a good choice to step it up a notch. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I really noticed the difference *by M***N on 3 November 2020* I'm not very consistent at taking supplements and took them for around 5 tays - I had a reduction in pain after a couple of days. I stopped for about a week then started to feel pain again - so started taking them again and pain relief was very quick - by the end of the day.
