Having used this waxing kit so often that I have already purchased refill beads, I feel competent to write a proper review. Overall this works great, and it was a terrific value, getting enough beads in the initial box to produce well over 100 strips of wax, which lasted me at least 12 waxes.What I like:1. Easy to use. This was my first time waxing, and I was waxing myself.2. Complete kit. Everything I needed was in the box, including 2 sizes of wooden spatulas and cardboard protectors to keep from making too much of a mess.3. Very effective. Being a novice, I don’t know if all waxing kits work well, but this one definitely does. I don’t even need to do the recommended trimming, but to be fair my hair is relatively light. I had previously tried a couple of sugaring kits, and those were messy and ineffective.4. Worked fine without cleaning the warmer each time. I left the unused wax in the warmer, allowing it to harden instead of cleaning the pot each time. The next time I simply added more beads and melted them together. Maybe this is simply the lazy guy approach, but it has worked for me.5. Great value. 4 bags of refill beads are only about $8, and that’s enough for another 100+ strips of wax. The warmer still works as well as day one.What I don’t like:1. I don’t use the pre-wax and post-wax treatments that came in the kit. For my skin, neither is necessary if I start with clean skin.

Well to start off it isn’t painless at all. I didn’t want to spend almost $80 on a professional Brazilian wax so I told myself that I could do it myself no problem. Wrong. It hurts. Maybe my pain tolerance is low but it hurt it. I applied that wax and waited for it to harder than I was just going to rip it off like a bandaid but the second I pulled I was like oh…. I played music to try distract myself as if my body can’t tell that I’m about to rip a bunch of little hairs out lol anyways long story short it’s been maybe 8 days and still no hairs yet :)) I absolutely love it and works amazing!

The media could not be loaded.  This waxing kit from kxx is so awesome. It comes with the wax warmer, 4 different kinds of wax beans, pre wax spray, after wax spray and 10 wax sticks.It takes about 8 mins depending on how many beans you have in the warmer. Once the wax melts spread a layer of wax with the applicator, leaving thick wax at the ends (which helps to easily hold and pull the hair). Once the wax hardens pull it in the opposite direction. Hair will be very easy to remove.I also tried in on my eye brows. I have never waxed my eyebrows at home earlier so I was skeptical about trying it but it was so easy to use.In general, its operation is very easy and the effect is not bad,I recommend this kit.

When I first opened the box I was excited but immediately saw the scratches. Also, you have to keep the wax at 250, if not it just becomes useless at that point. I had to keep going back over several times because the wax didn’t get everything. It felt cheap-ish. Overall I was pleased with the results but disappointed with the wax and the scratches upon opening the box.

You get what you pay for, this warmer does not heat past a certain temperature. Took over an hour to melt just one single layer of beads. Knob is also funny as i set it at 150 and the light shows it is off and it won’t heat at all. Retuned product

First off I liked how fast I received it. I ordered on a Tuesday & it arrived early the very next day. This kit has everything you need. Everything that’s provided at a wax appointment is in this box. It took the wax exactly 8 minutes to melt to it’s desired consistency & it works superbly. It took all of my hair off my legs the very first time. I would definitely recommend it.

I really love the product but KXX, it has everything you need to wax. So no more salon appointments, and honestly this is what I needed, I’ve tried many things before I got this but always ended up irritating my skin, but this is just what I’ve been wanting, highly recommended!
