ClimaTek Washer/Washing Machine Inlet Water Valve fits Estate # 285805

The water flow on our Estate washing machine had been pretty slow flowing in the past year or so. Then suddenly, no water flow.I had removed the cold and warm water hoses and discovered that there was sediment buildup all over the water inlets. I was able to remove some of the buildup and restored some of the water flow temporarily, but eventually it stopped again.For the price, I decided it was worth getting a brand new valve. Manually cleaning and repairing the old valve is not worth my time.For my Estate washer, I just used the clear hose accessory included to adapt the thinner barb of this new valve to the existing internal hose.I highly recommend getting new pair of cold and hot water hoses as well since they tend to hold in the sediment that causes blockages at the valve.
