Old favorite but different.
I bought these on a impulse. Thinking back to my youth. There has been changes in size and taste naturally and not really all for the bad. My taste has changed as an adult. smaller size is to be expected in todays market. I ended up eating the black ones and giving the rest away. Really too much sugar for me. My how I have aged.

These are getting harder to find
These are getting harder to find. What surprised me was how fresh they were. What surprised me was how many you had to order, which is a lot. If you never had these these candies, they are like the old fashion drops. 5 to a pack and easy to carry. There is a flavor for everyone.

STILL THE SAME AS 1953
I started eating these back in 1953. They were my favorite candy. They use to sell them in the suppermarket back home in Rhode Island, but when we moved to Maryland in 1960, none of the stores had them here. I am now retired and living in North Carolina. I was on line looking at candy, and O MY GOD.... found these again. I thought that after all this time, I was sure they could not still be the same thing that was made in 1953? But I was wrong, they are still the same candy, and boy, do they taste GREAT. I love them.

Kind of like I remember, except . . . apparently I don't.
Not bad, they taste good and feel good in the mouth. I remember three differences from my childhood experience with these though. First, there's one missing, which was sort of colorless and tasted like . . . hmmmm. Don't remember that. However, it seems I'm totally wrong, online research indicates there was never a sixth Chuckle. Therefore, differences two and three could also be tricks of the memory, but I seem to recall they were larger and softer.

As good as I remember!
Ya know how sometimes you remember a taste from your childhood? A favorite burger unlike all others, a soda, or candy?Well, Chuckles are as good as I remember. Same great flavors...even the cherry which is my least favorite is good. Not sure what the others who didn't like the product had in mind when giving negative feedback. Maybe they never actually had the old version. In any case, the price was right, the flavors good, the memories even better!

I HAVE MISSED THESE! STILL A GREAT CANDY FROM THE PAST!
I used to love these when I was a kid. They have become pretty hard to find these days. I bought a box of these and shared them with my friends who haven't had these in years. They enjoyed them and the nostalgia that the taste of Chuckles brought back to them as much as I do

a gift that worked
forgot these were even made -- reminded by a friend who was telling a story of his childhood. as usual, Amazon had it in stock. what a great gift - a surprise that did exactly what a gift was supposed to do,

not as good as some
these were just "OK." Sunkist fruit gems much better IMHO. we bought these because they come in individual paks that can go in lunch boxes. I'll keep getting the Sunkist & put them in loose or in sandwich bags.
