Picture and sound quality are very good. Not just pretty travelogues, but informative for train buffs. Many varied locations around the world. A worthwhile collection.

Nice for Train Buffs
This was a gift for my nephew who is obsessed with trains. He is quite pleased with it. That's the only report I have, he is concise with his analysis.

The best steam video set I have seen
This set has a lot of commentary about the technical and political aspects of a large number of railroads around the world. There are many close up shots showing how the engines are serviced and driven.

This set, like the T'TRAINS" set, duplicates DVDs in other sets. Hence, it is not a good value.
