Review: Not impressed - No effect
Review: Dream cream! - This stuff is amazing. I get a lot of rashes from the sun because I have Lupus. I've been through at least a dozen drugstore lotions/treatments and half a dozen prescriptions and nothing helps it heal. This cream had my skin looking 75% better within a week. I even told my dermatologist about it, so he can tell others. I've also used it on my acne prone face and it works on blemishes without breaking me out.

But not as nice as Madecassol.
