The polydypsia/polyuria in a Cushing dog are just 2 symptoms of a complicated syndrome. That said, I don’t think it would hurt to try it. Check with you vet about the ingredients to make sure none would be countraindicated **Q: Anyone uses these for their Westie and how long before it works?** A: I used this on my 15 year old dog. I can only get my dog to eat this if I wrap it in a peanut butter pill pocket. I will continue giving it to him for supplemental reasons, but I don’t see a difference in his bladder control. ******************* So far we are about a week into the supplement. It appears to be working on my 12 year old senior. We've also switched to a senior dog food, so I can't say whether or not the supplement is the main source of his improvement. Regardless, it is good for him and has a lot of valuable nutrients in him. He does not care for the flavor, and I have to hide the chew in his food, but eventually I get him to finish it up.
