Would this work for disks with the ring around the cd ?

I'm not sure about the ring around the CD, but I've been using one of these machines since 1999-2000. Still have and my kids still use it. I haven't even replaced the buffing disc yet. Figured since I ended up here finally looking for a replacement buffer disc I'd read some reviews and to my surprise the reviews were pretty bad. I've always had really good luck with my machine purchased all those years ago, hell I've never even replaced the buffing solution, just used filtered water. By my experience this is a great machine and worth every penny. And for those whom complained about it ruining their CDs, I've repaired some pretty scratched up stuff with this, maybe you shouldn't be using you're discs for frisbees I suppose.

Mine was missing the clothes. Anyone else?

The "clothes?" I don't believe it was indicated with my purchase that any clothes in any style or fashion would be included with the SkipDr. Mine did come with the appropriate cloths, though.

How do you use this if it doesn't come with an AC adapter?

You can use batteries, or, I used a 12v dc, center positive ac adapter, that had the same tip. They are very common. Also you can buy the adapter from the same company that makes the cleaner.

Does this work with game cube discs since they’re a lot smaller than ps2 xbox disks?

i can say it does work with gamecube discs. owned one in 2011 and used it to repair a copy mario sunshine that wouldn't get past the intro cutscene
