Quite small; not good for bellydancing unless you're well under the circumference.
Very small belt. To give you some idea; I wear a size 8 or a size 10 usually; depending on the cut, and a medium in most things. This belt did not work well because it is baaarely enough to buckle, and that's at the waist. For what I was looking for (belly dancing outfit), this did not drape low enough. It's cute, but not what I needed.
